Spring Woodland in North Georgia
The Interrupted Fern is native to eastern Asia and eastern North America. It is named after John Clayton, a botanist from Virginia. This plant has remained unchanged for 180 million years. It was used by the Iroquois to treat blood disorders and venereal diseases.
